PARTY INFO & REQUIREMENTS

* PARTY'S WITH GUESTS UNDER 3YRS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN PARENT OR GUARDIAN * 

Dreamland offers 4 party packages to choose from, allowing you to choose the one that is best for you! Guests can enjoy 1 hour of playtime & 45 min in our private party zone for pizza/cake. Please see our individual packages for more info on what is included.

 Dreamland offers party packages for groups of 10 or 20, however, extra guests may be added for an additional fee of $25 per child. 

 Grippy socks are required for all children as per our safety procedures (socks are not included in any party packages). 

 CANCELLATION POLICY - Party's cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance (14 FULL DAYS) before the scheduled date, will receive their deposit refunded in full. Party's cancelled in under 7 full days will NOT receive their deposit refunded. Party's may be rescheduled within a 1 year time frame with no additional penalty.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Hosts will receive an email shortly after booking their party time slot. It is important that this email is followed up with in a timely manner to ensure your booking is secure. 

 

Pizza Order 
You will be asked to confirm your pizza order provided on the initial booking form. Should it be requested, we are more than happy to accommodate extra pizza for a additional charge of $17 per pizza.
 
Party Screen / Colour Theme 
Currently, we are able to offer guests a choice between a pink or blue theme set up (balloons, plates, table cloth, ect). In addition, we are able to create a custom screen to be displayed with the child's name & a favourite theme or character of your choice! 
 
Guest List 
We ask hosts to provide us with a guest list of children who will be joining the celebration. This allows us to have everyones wristbands printed and ready too go in order to ensure you receive the maximum amount of play time. Extra kids are welcome to be added to your party package for $25 per child.
  
We recommend communicating to your guests there is a $25 fee at the time of check in should they bring extra kids (e.g. Friends or siblings). We will gladly accommodate addition guests should they arrive the day of, however, please be mindful that we are unable to add addition pizza without the appropriate amount of notice.
