Welcome to Dreamland – Your Ultimate Party Destination!

Thank you for choosing Dreamland to host your upcoming party! We’re excited to be a part of your special celebration and are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Party Packages

Dreamland offers four unique party packages to suit your needs, available for groups of 10 or 20 guests. Each package includes:

• 1 hour of playtime in our fun-filled play area
• 45 minutes in a private party zone for pizza, cake, and gifts For detailed information on each package, please visit our packages page.

Additional Guests and Fees

You can add extra guests to your party for an additional fee of $27 per child. Please note:

• Grip socks are required for all children as part of our safety procedures. You may bring your own or purchase grip socks on-site for $3.50 (+GST) per pair. Parents wishing to join the play area must also wear socks (no grip required).
• A guest list must be provided at least one week before your event to avoid charges for uninvited siblings or friends. Extra guests can be accommodated on the day of the event for an additional fee, though please note that last-minute food additions may not be possible.

Pizza and Drink Options

To ensure a smooth dining experience, please confirm your preferred pizza flavors and drink choices:

• Pizza Flavors: Cheese, Pepperoni, Hawaiian
• Drink Options: Juice, Water Bottles

Additional pizzas can be ordered at a rate of $17 per pizza. Kindly notify us of any additional requests or changes at least one week before the event.

Table Decorations and Custom Display

Choose from two color themes for your party setup:

• Pink or Blue This includes plates, napkins, tablecloths, a balloon arch in blue, pink, and yellow, and a custom TV display. Let us know your child’s favorite show, movie, or character, and we’ll personalize the display for a magical touch!

Important Party Rules

To keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for all, please review our party guidelines:

• Arrival Time: Hosts are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to allow a prompt start.
• Playtime: Children will enjoy 1 hour of playtime, followed by cake, presents, and songs in the designated party area. After the playtime, children are not permitted to re-enter the play area to prevent accidents.
• Supervision Requirement: For guests under 3 years old, a parent or guardian must supervise at all times.
• Washroom Policy: Washroom facilities are designated for children, and we kindly request that adults use the public washrooms within the mall.
• Candles: For safety, only regular wax candles are allowed. Sparkler candles, floating candles, scented candles, and high-flame candles are not permitted.

Waiver Requirement

For the safety of all, we require a completed waiver form for each child attending the party. This form must be signed by a parent or guardian and submitted at least three days prior to the event. Access the waiver form here.

Booking and Payment Policies

• Booking Confirmation: After reserving your party slot, you will receive a confirmation email. Please respond promptly to confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The outstanding balance is due two weeks (14 days) before your event. If payment is not received, the card on file will be charged.
• Cancellation Policy: Parties canceled more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling within a one-year period is available without penalty.
