Birthday Party

Party Packages:

Dreamland offers four party packages for groups of 10 or 20 guests, each including:

1 hour of playtime in the play area
45 minutes in a private party zone for pizza, cake, and gifts

Additional Guests and Fees:

Extra guests can be added for $27 per child.
Additional pizzas are available for $17 each. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free pizzas are $5 extra per pizza.
Grip socks are required for all children; bring your own or purchase on-site for $3.50 (+GST). Parents also need to wear socks (no grip required).
Provide a guest list at least one week before your event to avoid charges for uninvited guests. Extra guests can be added on the day, but last-minute food changes may not be possible.

Bring the party theme to life with our color-coordinated table setup:

Choose between Pink or Blue themes, including plates, napkins, and tablecloths.
A festive balloon arch in blue, pink, and yellow adds an extra special touch (customization is not available).
Share your child’s favorite show, movie, or character with us, and we’ll personalize the display for a magical celebration!

Important Party Rules:

To keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for all, please review our party guidelines:

Arrival Time: hosts are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to allow a prompt start.
Playtime: children will enjoy 1 hour of playtime, followed by cake, presents, and songs in the designated party area. After the playtime, children are not permitted to re-enter the play area to prevent accidents.
Supervision Requirement: for guests under 3 years old, a parent or guardian must supervise at all times.
Washroom Policy: washroom facilities are designated for children, and we kindly request that adults use the public washrooms within the mall.
Candles: for safety, only regular wax candles are allowed. Sparkler candles, floating candles, scented candles, and high-flame candles are not permitted.

Waiver Requirement:

We require a completed waiver form for each child attending the party. This form must be signed by a parent or guardian and submitted at least three days prior to the event. Access the waiver form here.

Booking and Payment Policies

Booking Confirmation: after reserving your party slot, you will receive a confirmation email. Please respond promptly to confirm your booking.
Balance Payment: the outstanding balance is due two weeks (14 days) before your event. If payment is not received, the card on file will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: parties canceled more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling within a one-year period is available without penalty.
